Established in 2012, our BYOB modern American restaurant with a touch of French elegance offers an intimate dining experience in a warmly decorated, antique-inspired setting. We feature artfully prepared meats, seafood, vegetarian dishes, and house-made pastas, all created with farm-to-table ingredients that celebrate the flavors of each season. Our rotating seasonal menus—featuring appetizers, dinner, and dessert—reflect our passion for creativity, innovation, and the highest-quality, freshest produce. Dedicated to exceptional service and a five-star gastronomic experience, we are open for dinner, private parties, and corporate events, and proudly host special evenings including Chef’s Tasting nights and live musical performances.

Stefan Ondrus, along with his wife Vanda Ondrus, is the new owner and operator of Saint Eve’s Restaurant. Stefan brings over two decades of culinary expertise to his new venture, following a distinguished career in the restaurant industry. Prior to taking the reins at Saint Eve’s, Stefan served as the Executive Chef at Pier 115 Bar & Grill in Edgewater, NJ, since 2014.
Stefan’s culinary journey began in 1998 when he completed his formal education at Culinary School in Slovakia, where he studied Classic French, Italian, and Slovakian cuisines. Before his time at Pier 115, Stefan worked in several prestigious fine dining establishments in New York City. Notably, he honed his craft as a sous-chef under renowned Executive Chef Craig Hopson at One if by Land, Two if by Sea. In 2011, he joined the BLT Group, further refining his expertise in modern American cuisine alongside Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel. Stefan also gained valuable experience working in fine dining French cuisine at René Pujol Restaurant.
Throughout his career, Stefan has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of the kitchen, from classic French techniques to modern American and Italian flavors. This wealth of experience, along with his dedication to culinary excellence, forms the foundation for his exciting new chapter at Saint Eve’s, where he and Vanda are committed to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.
